Cousins

The first born cousins are big buddies and we're months away from them being terrors on the go:
Cupcake loves her Pac-man and it is so fun to see them play together. They get along so well and the differences in gender only occasionally arise. Here is one such moment: one cousin wanted to tackle, the other wanted to give hugs.


Really though, it was such a fun week and we are so thankful to have cousins close in age!

When cousins get together....

their Gigi will probably text you in the morning and remind you to get a picture.

When you try to get a picture you may get something like this:


So you'll gather the adults and start singing and carrying on to "get their attention". Then you may get something like this:


With all that singing, it's only a matter of time before the eldest will join and and do what you are doing. Yep...that's what the adults behind the lens look like:


When you tell the eldest (and others) what you really want is a smile, you may get this:


You probably won't get them all looking at the camera, smiling, and taking that frame worthy picture for the fireplace mantel.

Then again, a Gigi somewhere is probably printing these off nonetheless.
