She's been asking for months. I typically distract her. Whenever she asks for her toes to be painted it starts the whole conversation again. Since she LOVES having her toes painted it's been coming up even more. When she gets her toes painted she calls them her "sparklers" since regardless of color, toes with paint SPARKLE!
So, this time when she asked "I paint Mommy's sparklers??!!" I said yes.
She concentrated very hard and was very gentle. She was silent as she cautiously brushed each toe. When she was done she was absolutely thrilled with her very first attempt at painting toes.
